Returns & Changes
- You can return or exchange your products within 14 days after the delivery, obviously in their original condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. We won't be able to accept any returns where postage labels, stamps or similar have been applied directly to the product packaging.
- You must contact us for authorisation before returning any items sending an email to info@freshstoretorino.com
- The return/exchange costs are covered by the customers who have to provide the tracking number and the name of the shipping service you used with link to track the parcel, within 14 days after approval of your return request.
- Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.
- All refunds exclude postage costs, as agreed in our terms, unless a mistake has been made by us. We can only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase.
- If any stuff will be refused due to customs charges higher than expected, we'll have to deduct from your refund any costs we incur.
